What is a canvas art print?

A canvas art print is a high quality print on a canvas medium. Canvas prints have the same look of original oil or acrylic paintings on stretched canvas.

What is the quality of the canvas and printing?

We only use high quality branded canvases such as the HP Artist Matte Canvas for our canvas art prints.We also use the finest, high resolution printing technology on our canvases for the most vibrant looking prints of the highest quality.

What different sizes are the canvas art prints available in?

The majority of our canvas prints are available in 3 sizes – small, medium and large. Each design is different and will have somewhat varying dimensions (these are detailed in the size dropdown bar). However, some designs may only be available in fewer.  This will be highlighted in the size dropdown bar.

Who has designed these canvas art prints?

All our canvas art prints have been designed by our expert and very talented team of designers.

How long will my canvas print last?

Our high quality and archival canvases and inks ensure that your favourite prints will not fade for a long time when cared for properly.

How do I care for my canvas art print?

We use a protective spray on the art prints to protect it from damage. However, we strongly recommend that you handle the canvas art prints very carefully and hang them away from direct sunlight and moisture. We also recommend dusting occasionally with a soft cloth or soft brush. Please note that due to the stretching process, there may be slight chipping at the corners of the canvas print. This is normal and adds to the natural feel of a canvas print.

What framing options do you offer?                           

All our canvases come stretched on a wooden frame, the thickness of which varies with the design and size. The strecher frame is 1" thick for the small size, 1.5" thick for the medium size and 2" thick for the large size. In addition, we also offer framed canvases that come with an elegant brown or black frame. Unfortunately, we can create custom frames. 

Can I get a stretched canvas framed myself?

Yes, all our stretched canvases can be easily framed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major debit cards. We also provide support net banking and cash on delivery options. We hope to accept all major credit cards in the near future.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes, we provide cash on delivery services completely free of charge.

How secure is my online order?

Our website is linked to the CCAvenue payment gateway so you can be assured about your order being secure. CCAvenue has registered with Verisign to have verisign certification.CCAvenue uses industry-standard SSL (Standard Sockets Layer) Technology, which is used worldwide, for this data encryption while processing credit cards. This facilitates secure online credit card processing. CCAvenue also follows strict in-house security guidelines for ensuring confidentiality of customer information. Is the price shown inclusive of all taxes? What about Octroi and Entry taxes?

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Delhi. Due to the nature of interstate shipping, you may have to pay additional duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your state. The majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional duties or taxes are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with our shipping partner to clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice/receipt from them for any duties and taxes, you will have to pay them directly at the time of delivery.

How quickly should I expect a response to my online order?

We will send you an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed online. We will further send you an additional email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse along with the tracking number and details of the shipping vendor.

What is a promotional code?

Our newsletters often contain promotional codes that offer various discounts on purchases through our website. These codes are valid only for a limited time must be entered in the appropriate box during checkout to claim the offer.

When will my card be charged?

All cards will be charged upon the order being placed successfully.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order once it is placed. However, in exceptional cases we may be able to cancel your order if it has not been produced. For this, please call the customer care number as soon as possible.

How do I check my order status?

You can check your order status at any time by logging into the ‘My Account’ section of the website. Once your order has been dispatched, we will also send you a confirmation email with the Tracking number and details of our shipping vendor, so that you will be able to track the shipment.


Shipping and Delivery

How quickly do you ship an order?

Please check the Shipping Information tab on the product page to get accurate information about the time taken to ship products from our warehouse. The shipping company usually takes 1-3 working days to deliver the products depending on the location of the customer.

Do you charge for delivery?

All our products shipped completely free of charge!

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at present.

Can I get my order delivered to an address other than my billing address?

Yes, that is not a problem at all. Just enter the appropriate shipping address at the time of placing your order and the shipment will be delivered accordingly.

Why was my order not delivered?

Our shipping partners will attempt delivery 3 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. Please track your order on the shipping partners website mentioned in the dispatch email sent to you. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call our customer care for further help.


Returns and exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We, at Gabambo, ensure that our products are of the highest quality. Hoever, should you receive a product with any manufacturing defect we would be happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact our customer care within 14 days of receiving the product for assistance. The refund will be provided in the form of a single use discount code.  

For apparel, in case you are not satified with the product for any reason, we will provide a full refund in the form of a store credit only.  Please contact our customer care for assistance.

We do not accept returns for any other products unless there is a manufacturing defect.

What if I received a damaged product?

We ensure that all our products are packaged and shipped in the appropriate manner so that you receive the product in its original condition. Please note that there may be some chipping of the print due to the stretching process and this adds to the natural feel of the canvas print.

However, in the event that a product is damaged during transit, please contact our customer care within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a pickup and replacement product to be sent to you.

Can I exchange an item?

We only offer size exchanges for our T-shirts. In case you wish to exchange the size, please contact our customer service and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I add or remove my name from your newsletter email list?

You can add your email address to our newsletter list by filling it in the appropriate box on the bottom right corner of homepage. You can also unsubscribe at any time, by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every newsletter.

Will you share my information with others?

Can I call customer service to place an order?

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders over the phone. In case you have problems ordering online, please contact our helpline and we can assist you with your query.

Can I have a product gift wrapped?

Unfortunately, we do not offer this at present. However, you can be assured that all our products are packed in a professional manner.

Can I include a gift message with the package?

We hope to provide this service in the future.
